No. Most projects begin with a deposit to secure your build window, with the remaining balance due before final files, launch, or transfer. Full-upfront payment is also available if you prefer.

Refund terms depend on the specific project agreement, the scope of work, and how much work has already been completed. These details are outlined when your project agreement is set up.

Yes. For larger projects, payments can be split into milestones tied to key phases of the build. Milestone schedules are arranged with you before the project begins.

You'll receive an automatic confirmation receipt from Stripe, and we'll follow up directly with the next steps for your project or service.

Yes. Monthly Lore Care keeps your site updated, backed up, and refined on an ongoing basis. You can activate it anytime from the payment options above.

Yes. If your project doesn't fit a standard deposit or balance, reach out at billing@exchanginglore.com and we'll send a custom Stripe invoice for the exact amount.

Website packages range from $297 for a Starter Landing Page to $1,297 for a Premium Brand Website, with two tiers in between. Each package is a fixed price for what's listed in its Includes section — see the comparison above, or use the Estimate Calculator for a personalized figure that accounts for any add-ons you need.

Each package card above lists exactly what's included — page count, revision rounds, and bundled extras like booking integration, website copy assistance, or Google Analytics setup vary by tier. Anything not already included is available from the Optional Add-Ons list, and a selection already covered by your package is never charged twice.

A revision round is one organized list of requested changes submitted after reviewing a website draft. Clients are encouraged to combine their feedback into one clear list. Small changes such as text edits, image replacements, spacing adjustments, and color refinements may be included. Completely changing the approved direction, adding new pages, or requesting new advanced functionality may require an additional quote. Need more rounds than your package includes? An additional revision round is $50.

Hosting setup is included at no extra cost with every package. Connecting a domain you already own is a $50 add-on (included automatically with Premium). Third-party costs such as the domain registration itself, premium plugins, paid booking platforms, business email subscriptions, or stock photography may be billed separately when applicable.

Yes to both. Additional pages can be added at any time for $75 (standard) or $125 (advanced) each. If you'd rather move up to a higher package before your project begins, just let Bryan know — the price difference is adjusted and your deposit already paid carries over.

Monthly Lore Care is optional — it's never required to launch or maintain your site. And yes, your $25 Website Strategy Call fee is credited toward your project deposit if you move forward.
