Iron Coast Barber Co is a single-chair barber studio built on precision, consistency, and a personal, one-on-one client relationship. It's the kind of brand where the work speaks for itself, but the website wasn't matching that quality yet. Clients found the brand through Instagram and word of mouth, then hit a wall trying to figure out how to actually book.
The problem to solve: a strong grooming brand with no dedicated home online, just social profiles and a booking link with no context. The site needed to feel as sharp and considered as the haircuts themselves, giving new clients a fast, clear path from "who is this barber" to "booked."
