Cancellation & Refund Policy
Strategy calls with Exchanging Lore are designed to help us understand your business, website goals, design direction, timeline, and the best next steps for your project.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time. Rescheduling with proper notice is allowed one time at no additional charge.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled call may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled call without notice, the booking fee is non-refundable and a new call will need to be booked.
If Exchanging Lore needs to reschedule for any reason, you will be given the option to choose a new call time or receive a full refund.
If you move forward with a website project after the call, your strategy call fee may be credited toward your project deposit.
